FRONTLINE FORUM: March 28, 7pm

Dear Frontline Family,

At our annual congregational meeting last June, I briefly mentioned that the Board of Elders and Deacons would be evaluating the current board level leadership structure at Frontline Bible Church over the next year. The purpose of this endeavor was to evaluate whether our current board structure was both effective and efficient in the way we provide leadership for the people and ministries of FBC within a Biblical framework. Part of this evaluation also involved looking at how we can maximize opportunities for members of our Frontline family to serve in leadership positions that most closely correspond with the areas in which they are gifted and have a passion to serve.

The board has been working on both evaluating our present structure and developing a proposal for a new model for board level leadership at Frontline over the past 9 months. During that time we have carefully and prayerfully developed a proposal with input from other ministry leaders at Frontline, and with input from several focus groups that represented a cross-section of our church family as part of our process. This input has helped us develop and refine a proposal that will be introduced to our Frontline family at a FRONTLINE FORUM on Monday evening, March 28th at 7 PM

We invite anyone who considers Frontline Bible Church their home church to join us at this forum as we present the proposed changes to our leadership structure and provide an opportunity for questions, feedback, and discussion.

In Christ,

Dwayne Huff
Chairman of the Board
