Few words bring more angst in people than the word ‘submit’. Why is that? What is it about that word that makes us recoil and refuse to respond? The apostle Paul in his letter to the Ephesians outlines how we are to submit to one another while also specifically directing wives to submit to their husbands. In Christ, we will see how this can be done.

Beginning September 15, 2024 through December 15, 2024. Sunday Mornings. 11:15 am – noon
KIDS BIBLE CLASSES: Kids ages 2yrs–5th Grade. See Frontline Kids page for Class Descriptions.
YOUTH BIBLE CLASS: Middle and High School age students are asked to join the Biblical Foundations Class meeting September 15- December 15, 2024. Taught by Pastor Brandon Thomas. Meeting in the Worship Center.
ADULT BIBLE CLASSES:
The are two different Adult Bible Classes to choose from:
- unAPOLOGETIC. Meeting upstairs in Room 4E & 5E: Learn how to DEFEND your faith in a doubting world! The goal of this class is to INFORM & ENCOURAGE critical Bible-centered reasoning so that you will be “prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for hope that you have.” (I Peter 3:15). The topic for this week is differences between Protestant denominations. Taught by Kal Gowdy & Zach Moore.
- BIBLICAL FOUNDATIONS: Unraveling Scripture: Truth for Today. Meeting in the South Equipping Room: Understanding God’s word can sometimes feel like a mystery and like “work for the theologians.” Yet, God’s word is meant to be understood by pastors and lay people alike! In this class learn the tools needed to interpret the bible so that you can be “a worker who has no need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15). Taught by Pastor Brandon Thomas.

Project ABBA
Frontline Bible Church dedicates the month of November to raise awareness and money for Project Abba. This program is run by the Campos family in Brazil (you can find more information about them on the missions webpage). This program provides a fun and safe atmosphere to share the Gospel message with many children each year. The money raised will go towards Christmas celebrations for the children, filled with songs, games, a gift of clothes and a toy, and most importantly sharing the Christmas message of Jesus’ birth and the gospel. You can find envelopes for giving cash or checks on the board in the lobby.

We will be meeting at Celebration Cinema in Rivertown Mall. Men and women are welcome to this event! Bring a friend or family member. Parents are welcome to bring their kids but Gladiator II is rated R.

Guys Movie Night
This month is Seabiscuit, (Rated PG-13). Seabiscuit stars Tobey Maguire and the film is based on the life and racing career of an undersized and overlooked Thoroughbred. Our hope is that you’ll come away with a deeper appreciation of being able to see the Larger Story that God is telling through what Hollywood has to offer. If nothing else, it will be great entertainment and you’ll get some pop and popcorn out of the deal! Bring a friend, Dads bring your sons, and come upstairs to the Youth Room.

YOUTH BIBLE CLASS: Middle and High School age students are asked to join the Biblical Foundations Class meeting September 15- December 15, 2024. Taught by Pastor Brandon Thomas. Meeting in the Worship Center.
ADULT BIBLE CLASSES:
The are two different Adult Bible Classes to choose from:
- unAPOLOGETIC. Meeting upstairs in Room 4E & 5E: Learn how to DEFEND your faith in a doubting world! The goal of this class is to INFORM & ENCOURAGE critical Bible-centered reasoning so that you will be “prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for hope that you have.” (I Peter 3:15). The topic for this week is differences between Protestant denominations. Taught by Kal Gowdy & Zach Moore.
- BIBLICAL FOUNDATIONS: Unraveling Scripture: Truth for Today. Meeting in the South Equipping Room: Understanding God’s word can sometimes feel like a mystery and like “work for the theologians.” Yet, God’s word is meant to be understood by pastors and lay people alike! In this class learn the tools needed to interpret the bible so that you can be “a worker who has no need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15). Taught by Pastor Brandon Thomas.

Project ABBA
Frontline Bible Church dedicates the month of November to raise awareness and money for Project Abba. This program is run by the Campos family in Brazil (you can find more information about them on the missions webpage). This program provides a fun and safe atmosphere to share the Gospel message with many children each year. The money raised will go towards Christmas celebrations for there children, filled with songs, games, a gift of clothes and a toy, and most importantly sharing the Christmas message of Jesus’ birth and the gospel.

Guys Movie Night
This month is Seabiscuit, (Rated PG-13). Seabiscuit stars Tobey Maguire and the film is based on the life and racing career of an undersized and overlooked Thoroughbred. Our hope is that you’ll come away with a deeper appreciation of being able to see the Larger Story that God is telling through what Hollywood has to offer. If nothing else, it will be great entertainment and you’ll get some pop and popcorn out of the deal! Bring a friend, Dads bring your sons, and come upstairs to the Youth Room.
