Prayer Inspiration-OCTOBER

PRAYING FOR
CHERISH LIFE

Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations” Jeremiah 1:5

  1. PRAY for those that are facing the decision of abortion that they will have the support they need to choose life.
  2. PRAY that people will believe that all are created in the image of God which includes the gender assigned at birth.
  3. PRAY for the protection of abortion survivors.
  4. PRAY the elderly will be treated with dignity and respect.
  5. PRAY for wisdom and the provision of resources for the parents of special needs children.
  6. PRAY for peace for those who have placed a child up for adoption.
  7. PRAY for those who work in pregnancy care centers that they can provide needed care to those who seek their services. Pray for their daily encouragement.
  8. PRAY for men to be courageous fathers and be supportive of the mother of their child.

    First of all, then, I urge that supplication, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way 1 Timothy 2: 1-2
  9. PRAY that Michigan does not legalize physician assisted suicide.
  10. PRAY for Michigan to repeal its permissive abortion laws.
  11. PRAY for wisdom and a moral compass to scientific research with genetic engineering, embryonic stem cell, cloning.
  12. PRAY for protection of parental rights by keeping in place parental consent for a minor seeking an abortion.
  13. PRAY for the closing of abortion centers in Grand Rapids and nationwide.
  14. PRAY for national and state judicial decisions and legislation to uphold all human life from conception to natural death.
  15. PRAY for the president, vice president, and legislative leaders to guide their decisions for our communities and country.
  16. PRAY for the Supreme Court, that they will seek the Lord’s wisdom and submit to His authority with their rulings and decisions.
  17. PRAY for the election of prolife legislators at all levels of government.

    For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. Psalms 139: 13-14.
  18. PRAISE God for the gift of your life and His plans for you.
  19. PRAY for continued and more profound scientific evidence that life begins at conception.
  20. PRAY that adoption will be seen as a desirable option for unplanned pregnancies.
  21. PRAY for those facing difficult situations or those who have severe health issues who might be tempted to ask for physician-assisted suicide or are contemplating suicide.
  22. PRAY for the truth to be told about the realities of abortion and that the public would have their eyes opened to the practice of ending life of the unborn.
  23. PRAY for the fathers who have lost children to abortion.

    And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up Galatians 6:9
  24. PRAY for those who are being neglected or abused that they would get the help they need, and the abusers would receive justice.
  25. PRAY to not give up defending the right to life.
  26. PRAY for women who have had an abortion that they would have healing.
  27. PRAY for pro-life volunteers and organizations that face attack defending life.
  28. PRAY that Frontline Bible church, as a church and as individuals, will be bold and courageous to defend life.
  29. PRAY for single mothers that they will have the resources they need to support their children and that they will have encouragement and support from those around them.
  30. PRAY for those agencies that provide pregnancy and maternal support, such as Alpha Grand Rapids and Grace’s Table that they will be supported to thrive and make an impact in our communities for moms, children and families.
  31. PRAY for those who work in post-abortive ministries that they would introduce the love and healing of Jesus to those who participate.
