PRAYING THROUGH
God Is BIGGER

1. Isaiah 55:8-9 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
   PRAY to continue to understand and yield to God’s ways.
2. Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
   PRAY to remember God is with you all the time. PRAY for His strength to combat fear.
3. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
   PRAY for the courage to do the things God has for you through His strength, not yours.
4. John 16:33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.
   PRAY for God’s peace through the trials you face in this world. PRAY to remember that God has overcome the world.
5. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
   PRAY for a willingness to confess your sins to God and a surrendered heart to change from those behaviors. THANK God for His forgiveness.
6. 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
   THANK God for always providing a way to escape temptation. PRAY for the willingness to take the escape and not yield to the temptation.
7. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
   THANK God that He has plans for you that include a future and hope.
8. 2 Timothy 1:7 For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
   PRAY to embrace your God given-spirit. PRAY to shed fear and for God to empower you with love and self-control.
9. Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
   PRAY to use the living word of God for discernment in all things during your day.
10. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
    PRAY to trust God and surrender your plans for God’s plans.
11. Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
    THANK God that He wants to hear your requests and that He will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
12. Romans 8:28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
    PRAY to see God’s purpose in all the things you experience, whether good things or challenges.
13. Matthew 6:26 Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
    PRAY to see yourself as God’s sees you, precious, complete, loved.
14. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
    PRAY to accept God’s timing.
15. Romans 8:39 Nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
    THANK God that if you know Christ as your Savior, you cannot be separated from Him.
16. 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,
    THANK God for giving us scripture to guide us in this life.
17. Philippians 4:19 And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
    THANK God for His provision to supply every need you have.
18. 2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.
    PRAY to depend on and recognize the strength and abilities God gives you to handle what comes your way during the day.
19. 2 Corinthians 1:4 Who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
    PRAY for the opportunity to be Christ and show someone comfort today.
20. John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
    PRAY to experience God’s peace through all situations.
21. Matthew 28:9 And as they went to tell His disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Rejoice!” So they came and held Him by the feet and worshiped Him.
    REJOICE that Jesus is alive and is with you each moment of everyday.
22. Matthew 11:28-29 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
    SHARE your burdens with the Lord; ASK Him to take them from you. ASK for Him to replace your burdens with rest.
23. Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
    PRAY for faith that even though things are challenging, you can resist fear knowing that God walks with you through the challenges.
24. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
    THANK God that He has a plan of salvation and eternal life for all who believe in Him.
25. Matthew 10:30 But even the hairs of your head are all numbered.
    THANK God for knowing you so well that He knows the count of how many hairs are on your head.
26. Isaiah 40:28-31 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint
    PRAY for God to reveal to you more of His character and goodness. PRAISE Him for who He is.
27. 1 John 3:20 For whenever our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and he knows everything.
    THANK God for having a better understanding of your thoughts and emotions than you do of yourself. PRAY for God to show you what is true and what He wants you to understand.
28. 2 Cor 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
    PRAY to fully understand the beautiful gift of being a new creation in Christ.
29. Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”
    PRAY for God to give you courage to serve the Lord fully, surrendering completely to His plans.
30. Proverbs 29:25 The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe.
    PRAY for God to strengthen your trust in Him and for you to release any fears you may have.
31. Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
    THANK God for the beautiful world He created for us to enjoy.
